Welcome to Infludo.com. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Definitions

Platform: Refers to the website Infludo.com and all associated services, features, or applications.

Brand/Advertiser: A company, business, or individual seeking to promote products or services.

Influencer/Creator: A content creator or influential individual registered to provide promotional services.

2. Account Registration and Management

Users must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration.

Incomplete Profile Policy: Users are obligated to complete their account profiles thoroughly (including personal details, contact information, and identity verification). In cases where a user fails to provide adequate information, provides misleading details, or does not update their profile as instructed, Infludo.com reserves full rights to temporarily suspend or permanently delete the account without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for all activities and transactions conducted under your account.

Infludo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that falsifies evidence, misleads others, or violates applicable laws.

3. Campaign Terms and Content Restrictions & Policy

General Obligations: Influencers/Creators must ensure that the content produced does not violate the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, social morality, religious beliefs, or lead to discrimination.

Prohibited Content: In accordance with safety standards and international community guidelines (such as Facebook and YouTube Policies),

Infludo.com strictly prohibits the creation or promotion of the following content:

a. Animal Cruelty/Abuse: Content depicting torture, beatings, killing, or any form of abuse against animals.

b. Online Gambling & Betting: Promoting, advertising, or soliciting participation in online gambling, betting, casinos, or any form of monetary wagering games.

c. Violence & Threat: Content inciting violence, threats, or harmful actions against individuals or the public.

d. Nudity & Sexually Explicit Content: Inappropriate sexual imagery, videos, or activities.

e. Hate Speech & Discrimination: Degrading, offensive, or discriminatory language targeting race, religion, skin color, gender, or disability.

f. Illegal Goods & Services: Promotion of narcotics, weapons, unauthorized pharmaceuticals, counterfeit products, or illegal services.

g. Misinformation & Scams: Fraudulent content or fake news intended to deceive the public.

h. Socially Inappropriate Content: Any content that contradicts Cambodian traditions, ethics, and social values.

i. Enforcement Actions for Violations: If our system or team discovers content violating the policies above, Infludo reserves the right to immediately remove the content, withhold payment, suspend, or terminate the user’s account. Severe cases will be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

j. Intellectual Property: All promotional videos produced under a contract must abide by the usage rights agreement established between the Brand and the Influencer.

4. Payments and Pricing

a. Pricing (Rate Card): Set directly by the Influencer or determined by mutual agreement between both parties.

b. Escrow Service: Infludo.com acts as an intermediary holding funds in escrow to ensure safety and security for both parties.

c. Payout Release: Funds will be transferred to the Influencer's Infludo Wallet after the order is completed and approved by the Brand.

d. Commission Fee: A 20% platform commission applies to every successful collaboration between a Brand and a Content Creator.

e. Declined Orders: If a Content Creator declines your order, the full amount will be refunded directly to your Infludo Wallet without any commission deduction.

f. Wallet Usage: You can withdraw funds or use your Infludo Wallet balance to order new gigs.

g. Withdrawal Methods: Influencers or Brands can request withdrawals from their Infludo Wallet via Wing Bank, ACLEDA Bank, or ABA Bank. Processing times may take between 3 to 7 business days.

h. Third-Party Payment Policy: Payouts will not be transferred to third-party accounts other than the registered account holder on our Platform. We reserve the right to temporarily freeze funds if any irregularities are detected.

5. Revisions and Delivery

Influencers must strictly adhere to the designated number of revisions and specified delivery times listed in their offer/gig.

In the event of an unexcused delay, the Brand reserves the right to request resolution through Infludo’s Support system.

6. Limitation of Liability

Infludo.com is not liable for personal disputes between Brands and Influencers that occur outside of our platform.

We do not guarantee specific sales conversion results for Brands, as campaign performance depends on product quality and broader marketing strategies.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information and business data provided by users will be kept strictly confidential in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
