Infludo is an online marketplace that connects brands businesses and influencers for marketing collaborations
The platform provides tools for

✔ Communication between users
✔ Performance tracking
✔ Secure payment processing
Infludo acts as a facilitator and is not a direct party to agreements made between brands and influencers

3. User Accounts
To use certain features users must create an account
Users agree to

✔ Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
✔ Be responsible for all activities under their account
✔ Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Infludo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Payments and Fees
Infludo may charge service fees commissions or subscription fees
By using paid services you agree to

Users retain ownership of their own uploaded content but grant Infludo a limited license to use display and promote such content within the platform

8. Campaign Agreements
Agreements between brands and influencers are independent contracts
Infludo is not responsible for
✔ Performance outcomes
✔ Disputes between users
✔ Failure of either party to fulfill obligations
However Infludo may assist in dispute resolution when necessary

9. Limitation of Liability
Infludo provides the platform on an as is and as available basis
We do not guarantee
✔ Continuous uninterrupted service
✔ Specific marketing results
✔ Error free operation
Infludo shall not be liable for indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from platform use

10. Termination
Infludo may suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion for violations of these terms
Users may also close their accounts at any time

11. Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy
By using Infludo you acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Infludo operates
